Rothersthorpe Crescent, Northampton

Three terraced units (total area 7,500 sq ft.) comprised part new construction and part refurbishment with steel frame, insulated roof and wall cladding, glazed entrances and services.

Speculative 27,000 sq ft industrial unit including open plan offices. Steel frame with a 10m haunch height, insulated roof and wall cladding to the warehouse along with brickwork to offices, with extensive glazing and solar shading. Fully serviced including biomass boiler.  Dock levellers accessed from rear service yard.  Superb energy rating A.

New Galvanising Plant, Old North Road, Sawtry

Process plant comprising a galvanised steel frame with GRP cladding to the walls and roof and specialist finishes to the process area. Design and construction of a number of specialist requirements to suit the processes being undertaken within the building.  3 number gantry cranes were installed along with specialist bases, tanks and pits.

IVC Facility for Agrivert, Ardley

Design & construction of new In-Vessel Composting facility which involved robust construction solutions to withstand physical and chemical attacks resultant from the users process. The project included a waste acceptance building, reinforced concrete compost storage tunnels, an underground service tunnel, and extensive concrete hardstanding and drainage systems.

Cirrus Park, Moulton Park, Northampton for Danescroft Developments.

These units comprised of steel frame with exterior cladding, insulated metal roof, powder coated aluminium windows, and internally.

New corporate headquarters for Eterna Lighting, Park Farm, Wellingborough.

Consisting of steel framed 25,000 sq ft. warehouse structure clad with steel profiled sheeting on the roof and walls and integral 3 storey fully serviced offices.

Gretton Brook Road, Corby

Construction of 34,00 sq. ft. of industrial warehouse on Gretton Brook Road, Corby, together with adjoining 3,000 sq. ft. of offices over 2 storeys. External works included the construction of concrete yard, level access doors and reconfiguration of a balancing pond on adjacent land.

£1.85 million

40,000 sq. ft. building split into 7 units for Pentagon Park Ltd., at Lodge Farm, Northampton.

Consisting of concrete pad foundations, steel portal frame, pre-formed concrete ring beams, steel coated cladding, and brick and blockwork to internal and external walls.  External works included all landscaping.

Warehouse at Ryle Drive, Park Farm, Wellingborough for Folkes Properties

Power floated ground floor slab, 1st floor pre-cast units, external cladding and full height facings and curtain walling to the offices and full services installations.

Project comprised steel portal frame design with a profile insulated roof and walls. Sections of the building also have a masonry cavity insulated wall design.

Project comprised the construction of a new 15,000 sq ft warehouse with internal single story offices.

Par Pak Europe, Milton Keynes

Extensive alterations and extension to operational manufacturing facility for Par Pak Europe, Milton Keynes. The project created new storage areas, dock loading provision and external yard and included comprehensive services such as new sprinkler system and renewable energy wind turbine technology.
